Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Utilize cutting-edge telemedicine platforms to deliver high-quality care remotely, complemented by in-person consultations.
  • Perform a wide range of therapeutic and minor surgical procedures, from injections to suturing, with precision and compassion.
  • Offer comprehensive occupational medicine services, including treatment for Worker's Compensation injuries, ensuring the health and safety of our workforce.
  • Conduct pre-employment physicals, contributing to the vitality of our clients' workplaces.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records, leveraging electronic medical records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Minimum Education and Experience

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience and Expertise: Ideally, you'll possess at least one year of experience in occupational medicine or emergency medicine/urgent care, with a preference for familiarity with both fast-track and main emergency department settings.
  • Leadership and Autonomy: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and lead by example, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Exhibit outstanding bedside manner and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excel in both written and verbal communication in English, ensuring clarity and coherence in all interactions.

Education and Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
  • Active state licensure as a PA or NP, along with a current DEA license.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), underscoring your commitment to patient care and safety.
